Senior Electrical Engineer

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Peoria, IL to provide technical guidance and training/mentoring of design resources in electrical engineering. The successful candidate will work on a variety of private, public, and federal projects, teaming with architectural, mechanical, structural, and other disciplines to provide full-range services to clients.

Requirements

• Technical guidance and quality oversight of all project work involving electrical engineering
• Technical training and development of staff
• Establishing and improving standards, practices, guidelines, and specifications for electrical discipline area
• Engineer of Record
• Provide 'on-the-spot' advice and decisions - technical and cost estimates
• Coordination with all of the disciplines involved, including outside consultants
• Technical interface with code officials and contractors
