Developmental Pathways is seeking a Director of Accounting and Billing to lead finance operations, elevate financial processes, and drive organizational impact. The role oversees accounting, billing, and accounts payable operations, and serves as a key strategic partner to leadership across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams or operations in an organization of 50+ staff
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP, federal regulations, compliance requirements, and relevant sections of the CFR
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience implementing, managing, or optimizing ERP systems
- Strong technical aptitude with software, systems, and daily technology tools
