Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing methods
