Job Description
Deutsche Windtechnik (DWT) is seeking a skilled Technician II to join their team at the North American branch in Houston, TX. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing wind turbine generators (WTGs), performing electrical and mechanical repairs, and assisting with high-voltage system maintenance and repair. The position requires leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and process.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience as a Wind Turbine Technician
- Valid driver’s license (NON CDL or CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret documents and follow instructions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and climb 300 feet.
- Capable of rescuing teammates in emergency situations.
