Job Description
German-Qualified Commercial and Administrative Lawyer (m/f/d) for a small, high-performance legal team, supporting regulatory, commercial, operational, and management teams.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (first and second state examination with at least one distinction)
- At least 4-7 years of professional experience in a law firm or as a legal counsel, ideally in the energy, infrastructure, or regulated industries sector
- Very good knowledge of German administrative, commercial, and company law as well as competition law; knowledge of EU law is an advantage
- Confident appearance towards authorities and regulatory bodies
- Highly developed skills in drafting legal texts and communicating in German and English (negotiation-secure)
- High integrity, organizational strength, and professional judgment
