Our Investment Banking & Capital Markets business provides investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors. We are currently in an exciting phase of our growth journey with a new corporate strategy focused on continued growth and investment in our Investment Banking & Capital Markets division.

Requirements

• Support execution of live transactions for the Industrials coverage team
• Apply financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods and principles to evaluate and execute acquisitions, financings, and equity raising transactions
• Develop and apply advanced financial analyses and models
• Participate in client interactions / meetings for both deal origination and execution
• Issue client interaction reports to senior management and maintain ongoing communication
