Job Description
DWS is seeking a Finance Manager Compensation Control - Assistant Vice President to produce monthly MI vs Plan, prior periods and Forecast including comments on key drivers, perform monthly validations and controls, and support interim and annual report disclosure on employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial controller role or auditor role in a large financial institution or audit industry, certified public accountant, and prior experience with IAS19 and IFRS2.
Requirements
- Produce monthly MI vs Plan, prior periods and Forecast including comments on key drivers
- Perform monthly validations and controls
- Report and investigate errors above threshold
- Answer queries from internal DWS and DB stakeholders and collaboration with external stakeholders and service providers
- Support interim and annual report disclosure on employee benefits
- Preparing relevant documentation and regular updates of the DWS Compensation Control Framework
