Senior Projectmanager

As a Senior Project Manager at Esprit ICT, you will play a crucial role in successful ICT infrastructure, transition, and transformation projects at our clients. You will manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a continuously changing environment, and work on total solutions, such as designing and realizing an ICT infrastructure, at clients with 500 to 2,500+ workstations.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level and at least five years of demonstrable experience as a project manager.
• Experience with work place migrations in environments with at least 500+ workstations.
• Technical knowledge and experience in disciplines such as transition and transformation projects, M365, Azure, and workplace projects, performed according to Prince2 Agile.
• Ability to optimize processes and pleasure in improving them.
• Steadfast personality, decisiveness, perseverance, and persuasiveness to get both clients and colleagues on board with your vision.
• Flexibility to adapt to ad-hoc situations when projects run differently than planned.
