It Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who can work on our servicedesk and independently solve problems or execute tickets and projects at customer locations. The role offers a lot of freedom, variety and responsibility, and you will work in a team that values open communication and a warm work atmosphere.

Requirements

• MBO-4 degree in ICT (preferably)
• Experience on a servicedesk
• Ability to listen well and ask questions to quickly get to the heart of a problem
• Broad interest in ICT and familiarity with common work environments, software and networks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and take responsibility for good service delivery
