The Plant HR Intern will support the HR team in managing employee records, coordinating HR activities, and assisting with onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proactive approach to building positive relationships with employees
- Ability to approach challenges creatively and offer solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems (plus)
