• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics team leadership
• Strong understanding of international logistics
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Calm and effective under pressure, maintaining efficiency and team focus in dynamic situations
• Flexible and willing to travel across Europe to support operations and cross-site projects
• Fluent in English and Dutch
