Quality Engineer

Destinus is revolutionizing the defense industry with UAV technology, partnering with government agencies worldwide. This role is a Quality Engineer focused on defect analysis, inspection, continuous improvement, training, data management, and supplier quality management within a fast-paced, high-tech environment. The engineer will ensure the quality of products throughout production and work collaboratively to improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
• Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO, AS9100) and experience with quality control tools.
• Proven experience with inspection and testing methods and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum B2 level in Dutch.
