Requirements
- Degree in engineering or a related technical field
- 2–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations
- Strong understanding of project planning and execution
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing (advantageous)
