Job Description
Embedded Systems Engineer position in Umkirch, Germany, responsible for new development and further development of medical technology products, with independent decision-making and personal responsibility.
Requirements
- Completed study of computer science or comparable qualification
- Fundamentally experienced in development for embedded controllers, ideally with microchip controllers
- Secure handling of C, version control with Git, as well as experience with unit tests
- Knowledge of relevant medical technology standards, e.g. IEC 62304, IEC 60601, and ISO 14971
- Experience with requirement management tools, e.g. Matrix Requirement
- Experience with Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and regulatory requirements
