Sr Analyst Marketing BI

Senior Analyst Marketing BI position at #TeamDecolar, responsible for marketing intelligence and dashboards, customer insights and journey analysis, and supporting key projects. The ideal candidate has a solid track record in Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or Strategic Planning, and can connect technical marketing metrics with real financial impact. They should have advanced experience in SQL, data viz, and Python, as well as an understanding of marketing metrics and business KPIs.

Requirements

• Complete graduation in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Administration, or related fields
• Solid track record in Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or Strategic Planning
• Ability to connect technical marketing metrics with the real financial impact of the company
• Logical Reasoning: Ability to decompose complex problems and structure scalable solutions
