Requirements
- Identify opportunities with a strong data-driven focus, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives based on effort and expected impact, which nourish the product development backlog.
- Analyze information from competitors (benchmark) and products in the travel industry to find improvements and propose initiatives that help make processes more efficient.
- Implement and monitor product initiatives, conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to measure their impact on business KPIs, optimize the strategy, and ensure goal achievement.
- Develop personalized and customizable features for the product interface together with IT and UX/UI teams, prioritizing insights from users and business opportunities.
- Lead initiatives with a mobile-first focus, transforming user behavior learnings into improvements that enhance the experience and performance of the product.
