As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to partner for customers who rely on DCS to keep their operations running. You'll build trusted relationships, solve real problems, and make DCS the first call for industrial spare parts.
Requirements
- Own your book of business by executing sales plans that grow revenue and profitability
- Turn opportunities into orders by understanding customer needs, interpreting technical requirements, and providing the right solutions
- Prospect and develop new accounts through research, outreach, and relationship building
- Grow accounts by understanding buying history, recommending related or new products, and explaining technical features in plain language
- Partner with regional Life Cycle sales teams to jointly win and expand territory business
- Keep everything organized and moving by updating activity and orders in Salesforce
