Desert Sage Health Centers is seeking a self-motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care to underserved communities in Mountain Home, ID.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Idaho or ability to obtain an Idaho medical license
• Ability to maintain a valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA
• Sensitivity to the needs of the farm-worker families and other rural individuals
• Sensitivity to the local customs related to health practices and medical care
