Client Onboarding Specialist

Descartes is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to manage client relationships from onboarding to successful implementation of their software. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.

Requirements

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team as well as independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
• Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Knowledge of e-commerce and a technical background are a big plus
• Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
