Job Description
The IT Operations Engineer role involves automating tasks, managing infrastructure, and maintaining systems to ensure they remain secure, stable, and scalable. The position requires experience with network appliances, automation, and AI tools, as well as strong working knowledge of macOS or Linux and their security features.
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network/internet issues
- Experience with network appliances such as FortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points, and switches
- Strong working knowledge of macOS or Linux and their security features
- Ability to build and maintain automation (scripts, workflows, or integrations) and comfort using AI tools
- Strong written and spoken English
- Pleasant, resourceful personality with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Bonus: Coding/automation experience — especially Python, Ansible, shell scripting (bash/zsh)
