Job Description
DEPT® is looking for a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with solid Development and/or Scrum Master experience. The role involves coaching, guiding, and motivating the Scrum team to perform at its best, and requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, technical background, and experience with SFCC projects and other CMS systems.
Requirements
- Around 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
- Understand how a digital ecosystem fits together
- Have experience delivering online applications on the agency side
- Are fluent in Dutch and English
- Have experience building and leading teams
- Speak the language of designers, developers, and CRO specialists
- Understand data driven working
- Have experience with the Agile/SCRUM methodology and know when not to apply it
- Spot commercial opportunities with clients and make sure they're followed up
- Adapt quickly and bring a strong can do attitude to the team
