We are pioneers at heart, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. This role is a temporary 6-month contract.
Requirements
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional partners.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and testable functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as process flows, data mappings, interface specifications, and business rules.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and traceable from definition through delivery.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to assess solution options and ensure alignment with enterprise systems and standards.
- Contribute to design documentation and participate in technical design discussions and reviews.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by helping define test cases, reviewing test outcomes, and validating that solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in change management, release planning, and post-implementation validation activities.
- Build strong relationships with business partners to understand goals, priorities, and operational challenges.
- Communicate technical details and constraints to non-technical audiences in a clear and structured way.
- Facilitate alignment between business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of business analysis standards and documentation templates.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with peers to enhance overall team effectiveness.
