Senior Electrical Engineer

Dephy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support and expand across all aspects of embedded systems and wearable technologies. The ideal candidate is eager to understand how things work and gets excited when there is no known solution to the problem at hand. We are curious, creative, and passionate, and we are looking for a team member to help us tackle challenges at the forefront of wearable robotics.

Requirements

• Good human who gets along with the team and executes on Dephy’s Values
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of independently designing PCBAs, sourcing quick-turn prototypes, and integrating them into complex electromechanical systems
• Strong analog and digital circuit design skills, including mixed-signal systems
• Experience designing multi-layer PCBs, high-speed digital circuits, and embedded programming on microcontrollers
• Demonstrable knowledge of power electronics, motor control, and battery systems
• Proven experience in designing and executing test plans, performing engineering analyses, and producing clear technical documentation
• Strong hands-on prototyping and debugging skills
• Experience leading the collaboration across disciplines, troubleshooting issues with engineers or clients, and clearly communicating technical concepts
