Requirements

• Technical or medical background
• Master's degree (or relevant bachelor's degree)
• Experience in consulting, process improvement, medical technology, or OR workflows
• Excellent command of German & English
• Analytical skills
• Confident, diplomatic communicator
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
