We are seeking a Head of Digital with 10+ years of agency experience across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have led or contributed to integrated planning processes, strategically leveraging digital channels to drive measurable business value.
Requirements
- Develop strategic, innovative and integrated digital communication solutions driven by a good understanding of consumer behavior across different digital touch points to fulfill clients’ business objectives
- Ability to lead and be successful in new business
- Facilitate improved media knowledge and network co-operation
- Provide a collaborative framework for clients & the agency network community
- Build best practice and share experience within the group
- Help define KPIs and work with the regional Ad Operations team to develop the appropriate tracking protocols
- Develop existing business geographically
- Grow existing clients organically through additional services through developing a deep understanding of their business and strong client relationships
- Commercially minded – always be looking to drive new media opportunities for clients
- Drive and partake in global & regional new business pitches
- Involvement in setting/delivering PDPs and staff development as required.
