Job Description
DeMontrond Auto Group is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our RV Accounting department. The individual will be responsible for out-of-state titles and Texas titles, and will have the opportunity to work in an excellent team atmosphere with on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states)
- Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions
- Complete DMV registration paperwork through TitleTec, WebDealer and TitlesDesk
- Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system
- Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
- Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
