Job Description
Democracy Prep is seeking a Recess and Lunch Aide to oversee a group of students during recess and lunch. The role involves planning activities, supervising behavior, and ensuring student safety. Candidates should be flexible, collaborative, and committed to promoting civic engagement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- Experience working with school-age children
- Familiarity with athletics and health and wellness
- Ability to work outdoors in cold/hot weather
- Strong understanding of youth development principles
- Must be able to work in person at the program site
- Experience with a sport or physical activity
