Democracy Prep is seeking a Middle School Principal to lead and guide the school’s vision and culture. Requirements
- Partner with DPAC Regional Superintendent to guide goals and vision.
- Oversee Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus Middle School.
- Manage Instructional Coaches, a Dean of Culture, and Grade Level Leaders.
- Establish and promote a positive school culture.
- Implement clear procedures for school operations.
- Monitor student and staff growth through data collection and analysis.
