Customer Service Representative

This Customer Service Representative role involves answering customer calls, assisting with product and warranty issues, and providing general account maintenance. Requirements

• Answers customer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Takes sales orders, diagnoses product issues, assists with warranty concerns and returns products
• Assists customers with delivery dates, open order status, assembly concerns and general account maintenance
• Communicates with all departments to source answers to questions and concerns
• Provides continual follow up with customers and coworkers
• Understanding the office workflow and use of office equipment
• Basic computer skills of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail oriented, personable, and assertive when necessary
