Job Description
As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and ensuring they have the necessary training and tools to perform their work to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for developing and improving concepts and designs, leading local development activities, and managing the consulting process from start to finish.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in an engineering or scientific discipline
- Industry, product and application knowledge in Logistics and/or application of Automation
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence customer stakeholders up to General Management Level
- Understanding OH&S requirements
- Strong understanding of financial outcomes
- Ability to interact and liaise with all team members
- Skilled in the use of MS Office suite
- Experience in managing a consultative selling process
- Strong commercial acumen and good negotiation skills
