Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- 5-7 years Social marketing experience in either an agency working with B2B clients or in a corporate B2B environment including social media management
- Leadership experience with demonstrated success.
- Experience working with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Oktopost, Sprinklr, or comparable platform
- Experience with social media management via channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok and SlideShare
- Strong analytics background; comfortable leveraging data to make recommendations and decisions
- Meticulous attention to detail to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance according to deadlines and priorities.
- Ability and desire to take on any challenge and work cross-functionally with a global team.
- Ability to think creatively and has the initiative to present new ideas.
- Proficient in managing PAID campaign experiences via search, display, social preferred
- Familiar with implementation of on-page SEO strategies
- Experience managing a WordPress website
- Familiar with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Console, Adwords, and Tag Manager platforms.
- Ability to work toward goals, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to the team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in both a verbal and written manner.
