Requirements
- Ensure all safety rules, facility policies, and procedures are followed
- Maintain and monitor daily workflow; allocate and adjust resources to meet production output goals and customer requirements
- Record, track, and analyze departmental metrics to recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
- Communicate goals, expectations, and performance standards clearly to employees
- Resolve employee concerns by conducting data analysis, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending actions
- Lead employee training, development, and performance appraisal processes
- Collaborate with other departments, team members, and management to resolve issues, address complaints, and maintain efficient workflow
- Recommend and implement measures that motivate employees and improve production processes, equipment effectiveness, product quality, and overall efficiency
- Develop, mentor, and train employees to support individual growth and organizational objectives
