Main Equipment Operator (2nd shift)

Taylor Corporation is a growing, dynamic company with big plans for the future. We're looking for a Main Equipment Operator to join our 2nd shift finishing department in North Mankato, MN. The ideal candidate will have mechanical ability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.

Requirements

• Properly set up the casemaker and case in equipment to the specifications required
• Operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system
• Quickly learn and become proficient with multiple pieces of equipment and processes
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor
