Job Description
Delta Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and support a large institution in Luxembourg, a provider of information services to communes and public administrations. The role involves managing projects related to a 2025 Digital Transformation Program, including software development, legacy application migration, and program management. This position also serves as an expert advisor for other team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience exceeding ten years in project management according to standards methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, etc.)
- Proven experience exceeding five years in software development project piloting
- Mastery of project planning and execution
- Expertise in coordinating with technical and business teams
- Experience exceeding five years in using program management tools (Monday.com or equivalent)
- Knowledge of micro-services architectures and technologies Angular/.NET/Oracle
- Experience in iterative project management (hybrid methodology)
- Knowledge of the Agile (Scrum, Kanban) method
- Experience in the public or statutory sector is highly appreciated
- Knowledge of English and French is mandatory, a supplementary language like Luxembourgish and German is considered a plus
