Cyber Security GRC Manager

Deloitte Cyber is seeking a Cyber Security GRC Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have good analytical skills and a well-rounded personality. The role involves building knowledge and experience working in a team of diverse and talented professionals, designing and implementing innovative cybersecurity and data protection strategies for market-leading clients. The candidate will also contribute to the development of Deloitte's cyber practice and help organizations focus on enterprise-level cyber risks through a strategic approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree in Cyber/Information Security, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications, such as: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CDPSE, CRISC, CIPM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor etc.
• Solid expertise in Cyber Security Strategies, Cyber Security Assessments, Cyber Security Frameworks, Data Privacy & Protection concepts
• Experience in DORA, NIS2, ISO27001, NIST, AI security will be considered a plus
• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Passion and curiosity for the cybersecurity industry and technology trends, innovations and frameworks, as well as current IT security technologies
• Ability to conduct complex analyses and communicate them clearly and concisely to target audiences of different cultures, technical backgrounds and levels of seniority
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
