We are seeking a Transformation Finance Director to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Transformation Finance Director, you will work with senior finance leaders to optimize value for shareholders and transform the finance function.

Requirements

• Develop and implement solutions to address complex business issues
• Work with clients to understand their needs and develop recommendations
• Support teams in creating value for clients through various projects
• Experience in finance or consulting
• Strong understanding of financial disciplines such as financial process design, budgeting, and planning, financial reporting, financial performance management, analytics, and data modeling
• Experience with systems and technologies that support the finance function, such as SAP, Oracle, Blackline, and Workiva
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
