The ServiceNow Junior Developer role is a full-time position at Deloitte in Tirana, Albania. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work with a rapidly growing team to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management and Service Integration solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support or service delivery role
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
- Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Fluent English at a minimum B2 level – both written and spoken
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently
- Focus on streamlining operations to improve speed or efficiency or provide a better experience for the user or customer
