We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full-stack Developer who is ready to join an international team. This person will accompany global clients in their digital transformation.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Node.js/Next.js (Express, Nest.js or similar) and ability to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services
- Strong experience in building REST APIs, service integrations, and backend application logic in production environments
- Good understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and ORMs such as Prisma or TypeORM
- Solid understanding of application architecture, performance, maintainability, and backend debugging
- Experience in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests; familiarity with E2E testing is a plus
- Understanding of API design principles, including REST; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and modern frontend development practices is a plus
- Knowledge of both functional and object-oriented programming paradigms
- Experience with authentication, authorization, error handling, and secure coding practices in backend applications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend-oriented developer
- Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional team
- English/Polish at a level enabling fluent discussion of technical topics with clients (minimum B2)
- Practical experience with React, sufficient to work on selected frontend tasks and collaborate effectively with frontend developers
- Understanding of core frontend concepts such as component-based architecture, state management, and API integration
