Job Description
The Ocean Export Supervisor will manage team processes, oversee daily ocean export operations, and ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time. Responsibilities include team supervision, client communication, regulatory compliance, and issue resolution. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and fluency in both English and French.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ocean export or freight forwarding
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-modal logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of freight operations and export documentation
- Familiarity with US Export, TSA, FMC, and customs regulations
- Bilingual (English and French) - essential
- Fluency in English is mandatory as this role deals with Canada and US (80%)
