Sales & Commercial Director

Lead the commercial team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Oversee the commercial budget and provide guidance and leadership to the commercial team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a comparable position and in a fast-paced work environment (preferably in the retail food sector, e-commerce, or business development)
• At least 7 years of experience in building and leading teams and have already led cross-functional projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable plans
• Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
