Job Description
Delinea is seeking a Director of Marketing Programs to own the strategy, design, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. The successful candidate will define the program architecture that supports customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement and lead a team of Program Managers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in leadership
- Deep and demonstratable expertise in integrated campaign or program strategy in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience designing customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
