Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Clerk to assist patients at our health center. This role involves answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, completing initial paperwork, and producing encounter forms. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be able to function independently in a high-pressure environment
- Must be able to present a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while directly working with patients
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be required
