Job Description
DeHamer Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Construction Hardscape Foreman to lead and execute high-quality landscape and hardscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in landscape and/or hardscape construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to read and interpret construction plans. The Foreman will oversee daily production, safety, craftsmanship, and crew development, while modeling strong leadership and company values.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in landscape and/or hardscape construction
- Proven crew leadership or project management experience
- Strong knowledge of paver systems, retaining walls, base construction, and grading
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, grades, and elevations
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
