Job Description
DeHamer is looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a landscape team. The ideal candidate has experience in landscaping and leading a team, and is aligned with DeHamer's values and culture.
Requirements
- Ability to work with and lead team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication
- Solid conflict resolution skills
- Solid organizational skills and ability to continuously improve processes
- Experience in landscaping
- Crew leadership or project management experience
- Valid and clean driver's license - CDL class A preferred
