Junior Client Advisor – Precious Metal Sales/Safe Deposit Boxes

Degussa is looking for a Junior Client Advisor to join their team in Geneva. The role involves advising and selling precious metals to customers, supporting existing customers, and advising on safe deposit boxes. The ideal candidate has a degree in economics, finance, or a related field and initial experience in sales or customer consulting. Excellent language skills in French, English, and German are required.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree or training in economics, finance, or a related field
• Initial experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally in the financial, commercial, or luxury goods sector
• Enthusiasm for precious metals and investments
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality with a genuine passion for direct customer engagement
• Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn, and a careful, reliable approach to work
• Impeccable background and credit record
• Excellent command of French and English; fluency in German is an advantage
