Job Description
Degreed is an upskilling platform that fuels growth and innovation through lifelong learning. As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role within the product team, partnering with the PM and Engineering Lead. You'll balance attention to detail with a growing understanding of the broader project landscape.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong proficiency designing in Figma, with an eagerness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of the product design process, from vision and discovery through to delivery.
- Ability to interpret and translate product requirements into compelling design solutions, presenting multiple viable paths forward.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive and collaborative approach to challenges.
