Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager works closely with DENWERX innovation hub leadership and staff to oversee the investigation, design, implementation, and support of innovation and tech challenges and other technology transfer and transition initiatives.

Requirements

• Support team roles in project planning and tracking, systems optimization, tech evaluation, activity reporting, promotional messaging, and market research
• Collaborate with other team members to scout, validate, and incorporate technical and planning tools to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness
• Build and foster tech and process-focused relationships with GWX and other DoD/Industry/Academia customers, as well as GWX innovation hubs
• Supervises, coaches, and develops the project team and contributes directly to the identification and selection of new team members
• Identify and develop new partnerships with organizations, networks and groups to scale and participate in marketing/communications efforts to disseminate content and project opportunities
• Expand and strengthen processes with marketing/communications and events teams to engage customer leads within industry and government sectors
• Provide the Director with strategic input and collaboration
• Support and attend key engagements to represent GLOBALWERX (technology and industry forums, showcases, events, and/or speeches)
