Job Description
The Operations Manager assists the Hub Director in strategic liaison and project leadership, overseeing organizational administration, project planning, and implementation of PIA-related projects and activities. The role involves supervising and developing project team members, fostering innovation pipelines, and building relationships with AFRL and other DoD, Industry, and Academia customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in strategic planning, process improvement, project management, and/or tech transfer
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain security clearance or ITAR license
