HR/Administrative Assistant

Defense Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Hybrid HR/Administrative Assistant to provide general HR and administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with employee recordkeeping, onboarding, HR communications, and other administrative tasks in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of administrative or HR support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
