Billing & Accounts Coordinator

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Billing & Accounts Coordinator to support the billing department in processing invoices, maintaining client records, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or accounting support.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
